This is incredible hard to deal with and often lead to you feeling anxious, low, or just about ready to give up!

One of the major problems here is that not only does this ruin your nights; your days will become affected too.

You may end dragging your self around feeling completely lifeless and fed up. This means that things you used to enjoy, like keeping fit, socializing with friends, or indulging in hobbies, go right out the window.

Don’t let your loved ones and those closest to you suffer because you’re not getting better sleep!

Your work and relationships can really take a hit too.

You may start snapping at your partner or children. The may get fed up of having a dull, lifeless family member who just grunts a response back of them.

You may also start running late for work or not getting all of to-do jobs done. In fact there are very few areas of your life that not being able to sleep better won’t ruin.

This is no fun at all!

Combine this with the fact that you’re likely to start spending large chunks of your time worrying about whether sleep tonight or not and things appear even bleaker.

Your health, wealth, and relationships may take the brunt of not being able to sleep better but that’s not all…

It’s all those little things that end up being affected!

Your partner or a friend asks you to do something but you forget because you’re so tired. You then feel rubbish when they ask you about and feel you have to start making excuses. Some people even start avoiding answering the phone or dealing with letter.

This all turns into a nasty downward spiral!

We need to really take action and begin to get better sleep by taking action. This is extremely important so that you can ensure you really get the most of everyday.

This is the key to getting better sleep and being able to sleep better on a night…

In order for us to get better sleep we need to understand what sleep is and how we can ensure we polarize our sleeping time with our waking time!

What I mean by this is rather than having the experiencing of being always sleepy we separate this out.

So during the day we feel really awake and alive and positive. Then on an evening we switch off, relax, and drift deeply off to sleep for the night.
