I know how frustrating it when you just want to get on with your life and enjoy all the

amazing things you would have been enjoying before this problem set in.
However I want to let you know that I’m here to help!
You see the effect of not ebbing able to sleep more easily again is never fully appreciated by a lot of people.
They don’t understand just how horrible it is when you go to bed every night fearing not being able to go sleep.
They don’t understand how much of an impact it has on your life either.
There’s almost no area of our lives that goes unaffected. Your relationships will be impacted sooner rather than later. Who wants to be around someone whose always tired, negative and miserable?
Ever worse, who wants to be around someone who’s become snappy, unresponsive, and doesn’t seem to care about anything anymore?
Not many people. And this includes our family and friends!
You have to stop not being able to sleep more ruining your life!
Also other key areas of our lives can become damaged as well.
Our careers can really start to slip if you need to sleep more. It’s hard to maintain the motivation, passion, and commitment to do a great job when you’re only getting a few hours sleep every night.
Also one of the first things that is impacted when you need to sleep more is your concentration and ability to think clearly and creatively.
This can damage your productivity and the quality of your work in a devastating way!
Now I know this sounds pretty bleak, but the reality that if you need to sleep more you’re going to pay the price for it a number of different ways.
Sure your relationships with friends, family, and associates are going to suffer. Your job, studies or career will likely take a heavy damaging blow. Your health will almost certainly be hampered in a whole of ways. And of course your hobbies, interests, and passions will become a thing of the past.
However if you do need to sleep more then it’s often even worse than you first think!
One of the worse things when you need to sleep more is simply not being able to!
It is so frustrating not being able to sleep on a night that some people feel like tearing their hair out. Everywhere they go for help seems to be a loss cause.
They go see their doctor who just looks at them sympathetically and tells them they COULD try some pills but mumbles something about major side effects and not being able to take them for more than a few nights and that they might make things worse in the long term.
Not exactly a good way to sleep more is it!
Other places we look seem to throw up the same old cruddy information about not taking sleeping next to a very loud noise or bright flashing light!
As if you hadn’t thought of that already!
