You’ve probably picked up the usual mundane sleep tips but they don’t seem to work.

I remember times when I’ve dreaded going to bed as I knew it would mean lying there, tossing and turning, and being at the mercy of my racing mind.

There must be some sleep tips out there that actually work I remember thinking!

You may also have had the experience of being so restless that you feel like jumping out of bed and screaming at your inability to get off to scream. I know it’s frustrating and also no one seems to be able to help.

What’s worse is that not only is it our sleep lives that is ruined, but the rest of our lives are impacted too.
